Two tight encounters at Vodacom #SuperHeroSunday

The DHL Stormers and Vodacom Bulls left the FNB Stadium pitch victorious on Sunday after they won their pre-season encounters at the popular second installment of Vodacom #SuperHeroSunday.

Playing in the colours of their Marvel-inspired super heroes, the DHL Stormers (Thor) beat the Cell C Sharks (Black Panther) by 21-19 in the first game, after which the Vodacom Bulls (Captain America) scored a 40-35 win over the Emirates Lions (Spider-Man) in the second encounter of the day.

A bunch of Springboks, as well as a number of Blitzboks, were in action on Sunday as the four Vodacom Super Rugby franchises stepped up their preparation for the forthcoming season.
